Supported by both Mobile control heads and Portable radios, Intelligent Lighting uses color alerts to notify the radio-user of the radio mode, potential emergencies, or specific events. Color alerts include a color bar that highlights text in the main display, as well as a temporary change in the color of backlights for keypads and the Portable's top display.
